What is the cut-off date for early-bird registration rates?

There cut-off date for discounted registration rates is Friday, April 12, 2024 at midnight ET.


How can I make a hotel reservation at the Washington Hilton Hotel?

A block of guest rooms is available at the Washington Hilton Hotel at a discounted rate of $299/night + 15.95% tax (single or double occupancy). To make a reservation, please visit the hotel reservation page. The hotel’s destination fee has been waived for EXIM conference attendees. The group rate is being offered two days prior to the conference based on availability. Please note that the cut-off date for reservations is Sunday, May 5, 2024.

Is parking available at the Washington Hilton Hotel?
Self-parking is available at the Washington Hilton at a rate of $56.00/day for overnight guests. Daily parking is charged based on the duration of your visit, not to exceed $56.00. The hotel does not offer valet parking and parking validations will not be provided by the conference organizers. Details about parking and other hotel amenities can be found on the hotel’s website.
Will WiFi be available at the conference?
Yes, complimentary WiFi will be available in guest rooms and in the meeting spaces. Details for getting on-line in the meeting spaces will be provide upon check-in at the conference.
Will there be an option to participate virtually?

We are not offering a virtual component this year. The conference format is intended to allow for significant engagement and networking opportunities.

Are sponsorship opportunities available?

Yes. We have several sponsorship opportunities. Questions about sponsorship can be sent to: EXIMsponsor@cmpinc.net.

Are there opportunities to exhibit at the annual conference?
We will not be hosting a trade show as part of this year’s conference. However, there are a variety of sponsorship opportunities to gain visibility with the attendees.
Will I have an opportunity to meet with EXIM staff?

Yes. Key EXIM representatives will be available to meet one-on-one or in small groups during dedicated times for government-to-business conversations.
